Campus Reopening (只有英文版)

29.04.2021  11:11

The recent COVID-19 situation in Hong Kong appears to be stabilising.  In light of this, the University has decided to reopen its campus to the Lingnan community and members of the public with effect from Monday, 3 May 2021 after careful consideration.

Students and staff of the University are required to present their valid LU student or staff cards at any campus entrance.   Alumni, JULAC Library Card holders and members of the public must register at the main entrance either by scanning the “LeaveHomeSafe” app with their mobile phones, or showing their valid LU cards*/HKID cards to the security guards to prove their identity.  The guards will record the personal information of the visitors (which will be kept for 31 days) including their names and contact numbers in a log for the purpose of contact tracing.   All people who enter the campus will have their body temperature checked, and must wear a facemask and strictly observe the University’s COVID-19 preventive measures.

The University will review this campus access policy in view of the changing circumstances and may make adjustments as and when necessary.   Please stay on high alert and maintain good personal hygiene at all times.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
